International Women’s Day celebrates the achievements of women globally. Being female founded is integral to Dateability’s mission, and we want to highlight other female change makers.

In addition to leading Capella’s product development, Kaly consults with homeowners, designers, and builders to integrate accessible design principles into residential and commercial spaces. HELYA MOHAMMADIAN – SLICK CHICKS

Helya Mohammadian is the founder of Slick Chicks, an adaptive intimates brand built after recognizing how something as personal as underwear can quietly impact dignity, independence, and confidence for women navigating disability, recovery, and life transitions. What began as noticing a gap turned into a deeper commitment to creating products that help women feel like themselves during vulnerable moments. By listening closely to her community and growing alongside the women Slick Chicks serves, Helya is focused on making accessibility feel natural, supportive, and part of everyday fashion rather than something hidden or clinical.
