February 14 is for the couples, but February 15 is for the singles! You may feel like you need to recharge after your feeds were flooded with cutesy couple pics.

Put yourself out there! Give your profile a refresh— do you have any cute new photos to add or can you tweak your bio? Use a dating app for at least 10 minutes. - Connect with loved ones
Remind yourself of all the love that already surrounds you. - Affirmations in the mirror
Talk to yourself like you would talk to your best friend. Be kind to yourself. - Manifest your dream partner
Make a list! What attributes are you looking for in a partner? Do you have any dealbreakers? Write it into existence.
